I hope, the title "Hello World" signifies that this is my first entry into Blog World. I started this blog just after my Germany Visit and I got the idea while talking to my friend Ramesh. I am planning to add a lot (mostly technical) things into it.
I have nothing interesting to write as of now...err...except some interesting historical note about "Hello World".
We have been reading "Hello World" as an introductory program in most of the tutorial and books. The tradition of using the phrase "Hello world!" as a test message was influenced by an example program in the book The C Programming Language. The example program from that book prints "hello, world" (without capital letters or exclamation mark), and was inherited from a 1974 Bell Laboratories internal memorandum by Brian Kernighan, Programming in C: A Tutorial, which contains the first known version.
